NeuroHarmony Psychological Services provides trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, moral injury, and day-to-day life challenges. We work collaboratively to support safer, more sustainable functioning in the contexts that matter most to you. Our clients access a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside other clinically appropriate interventions. We can support you with a wide variety of challenges that arise in everyday life.

Our experienced psychological professionals put your mental health first. We are proud to provide a high level of customer service, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to mental health and wellbeing for every client we work with. We welcome and support people from all walks of life, and have a particular focus on the mental health needs of veterans, first responders, and those working in construction, mining, and FIFO roles, informed by lived experiences and close connection to these areas.

We provide comprehensive psychological assessments from age 18 and across the lifespan, with a particular focus on neurodiversity. Using a multi-method, neurodiversity-affirming approach, we tailor each assessment to the individual and align our practice with current best-practice standards to build an accurate understanding of every client.
Following assessment, we carefully tailor every assessment report to the audience it is intended for, so that it is clear, relevant, and useful to the professionals or agencies involved in your care. This means we adapt our language, level of detail, and recommendations to meet the needs and expectations of each client, while staying true to the same underlying assessment findings.

NeuroHarmony Psychological Services offers face-to-face appointments from our clinic, as well as telehealth services across Australia. We use secure, professional videoconferencing software at no additional cost; you only need a stable internet connection and a suitable device. Our psychologists and counsellors always conduct online sessions from a private space to maintain confidentiality, and the process is much the same as an in-person appointment. Your GP can help you determine whether online counselling is appropriate for your needs.
NeuroHarmony Psychological Services supports individuals who have experienced workplace incidents covered under WorkSafe (WorkCover) QLD. Being injured at work, recovering, and then navigating a return to employment can be highly stressful and emotionally demanding. We help you understand your options, the steps involved, and who is responsible for what, so that your rehabilitation and return-to-work journey is clearer and more manageable, allowing you to get on with your life sooner. Our clinicians have extensive experience assisting clients to navigate the WorkSafe process and work towards the best possible outcomes
NeuroHarmony Psychological Services supports individuals referred under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA); in both cases you will need to see your GP to arrange a referral. A MHCP currently provides access to a set number of individual therapy sessions per calendar year with a Medicare rebate, and your GP can complete a review to approve additional sessions as needed. We also see clients funded by private health insurance, and recommend checking with your insurer to confirm whether psychology services are included in your cover.
